Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days for virgin hair and 3–8 business days for raw hair. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect information.

For international orders, customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
